Delivery costs cover, the weight and dimensions of the grill, as well as the delivery destination.
Please note that delivery to some areas may have a surcharge
We offer a variety of delivery methods, including our specialist two man delivery service, which is appropriate for the larger Barbacoapro.co.uk Kamado grill models, we also use some of the well known courier services. If you’re not in too much of a rush to receive your Barbacoapro.co.uk Kamado grill (we know you’re excited!), our normal delivery takes the longest time to arrive (up to 7 – 10 days). However if you can’t contain the excitement of getting your Barbacoapro.co.uk Kamado grill, we’ll have it delivered to you in 3 to 4 days, this option costs £90. But if you’re really giddy about getting your Barbacoapro.co.uk Kamado grill the next day, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered, but it’s going to cost you £150 and you’ll need to let us know before 12pm, Monday to Thursday for it to be delivered the next day!
Additional surcharges may apply if the delivery address is outside of mainland England or you would like an upgraded service.
We deliver to all parts of the UK, and though we can ship to remote areas or to addresses that are difficult to access, additional surcharges may apply and should be taken into consideration, we’ve included a delivery cost calculator that will provide you with the cost of getting your Barbacoapro.co.uk Kamado grill to you address, but if you are unsure, please feel free to contact us for the price of delivering to you.
We offer two delivery options: curbside delivery and in-home delivery. Curbside delivery means that the grill will be delivered to your doorstep. In-home delivery means that the grill will be delivered inside your home.
You can track your order’s progress through the shipping process by logging into your account on our website. You will also receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.

Return Instructions
To return* Barbacoapro.co.uk Kamado grill (a very rare occurrence), please follow these instructions:
- Contact us to request a return shipping label.
- Pack the grill carefully in the original packaging.
- Attach the return shipping label to the package.
- We will make arrangements for its collection.
We will process your return within 10 business days of receiving the package. Once your return is processed, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method, please see our returns policy*.
