To return your grill, please contact us at support@barbacoapro.co.uk. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your grill.
Please note that the conditions apply to be eligible for return (please see Terms of Use):
- The Barbacoapro.co.uk Kamado grill has not been used or damaged
- The Barbacoapro.co.uk Kamado grill has not been modified or altered
- The Barbacoapro.co.uk Kamado grill is not missing any parts
- The Barbacoapro.co.uk Kamado grill is in its original packaging
- You must return your grill in its original packaging.
- You must include a copy of your receipt with your return.
- You will be responsible for the cost of returning your grill back to us.
Once we receive your grill, we will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your grill.
